Post Production companies
For the first time, post-production companies will also be recognised through Diamond
for the impact they make on the wider industry.

What does this mean for you and your team?
  • If you're working on a project that has been commissioned by a Creative Diversity Network member, this means that the production will be taking part in Diamond.

  • Once a project is ready, the production company will invite their immediate teams and post-production supplier to take part via the Diamond platform.

  • The main point of contact at the post-production company will receive an invitation from Diamond to join as a supplier. You can then invite the people in your team working on the project to take part.

  • Your team’s contributions will become part of the wider picture of the UK television workforce.

  • As a participating business, you’ll also have access to reporting that can help you better understand your workforce and inform decisions around skills, development and where support may be needed.

What do your teams need to know?

The Diamond survey takes around five minutes. Taking part is voluntary and they can answer as many or as few questions as they like. Their answers are private.

Diamond brings together people’s answers together to show the bigger picture. Nobody can see their answers but them.

Before a team or contributors are added to Diamond, they should be told about Diamond and given the opportunity to opt out.

We’ve created an Engagement Toolkit to support how you talk about Diamond and signpost where your teams can find out more.
